At XAL, we create state-of-the-art lighting solutions for architecture. To strengthen our Customer Service Team, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented personality with a passion for customers, design and outstanding service.

Your job:

• As part of our Customer Service Team, you will support our customers throughout the entire order process – from preparing quotations and entering orders to handling invoices, returns and credit notes.

• You will create tailored quotations, ensure accurate and timely order processing, and work closely with customers, sales representatives, as well as our production and logistics teams.

• Through reliable coordination and proactive communication, you will keep delivery schedules on track and make a significant contribution to high customer satisfaction.

• In addition, you will take on a variety of administrative and organizational back-office tasks, helping to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.

• By combining strong service orientation with excellent organizational skills, you will share our passion for light, design and high-quality architectural lighting.

Qualifications and skills:

• Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification), a degree in languages, or a comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in customer service or customer support

• Very good Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Technical understanding and an interest in technical products and processes

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX or D365) is an advantage

• Structured, reliable and well-organized way of working

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong customer focus

• Enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues in an international environment

• Team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative

The position is classified with a minimum salary of € 3,009.82 per month. All employees stand out through their expertise, commitment, and personality. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to offer a competitive and individually tailored package. Home office options are available after the onboarding phase in accordance with company guidelines.
