We are looking for a dedicated Product Information Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our product team in Barcelona.
Your job
Collection of product-relevant data and responsibility for the quality of this data in the database
Coordination of structured data in the PIM system and development of data model, evaluation and analysis reports of product-specific data (BI reports)
Further development of the product information management system (PIM) to increase efficiency in the
process flow
Carrying out technical training for education and training of our employees
Interface for collecting product-relevant data (e.g. to IT, Development, Sales, Product Management)
Qualifications and skills
Successfully completed (higher) education in and/or corresponding initial professional experience in the IT Sector (IT process management, data management)
Strong interest in data systems and process optimization
ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX, NAV, D365), knowledge of Power BI and PIM software an advantage
Fluent in English, good knowledge of Spanish
Creative, analytic and graphic understanding
Well-organized, communicative and self-motivated
