Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) Global Key Accounts

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Your job:

• Prepare, revise and follow up quotations for global key accounts

• Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution

• First contact person for quotes, orders, and other internal processes for the assigned global key accounts.

• Sourcing and coordinate landing quotes and orders with our worldwide network of subsidiaries and distributors

• Close cooperation with other departments such as lighting design, accounting, and operations to ensure a smooth lighting project flow

• General administrative tasks linked to our global key account management

Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant background in lighting, electricity , architecture, or a business-related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus

• Experience of using an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX)

• Strong service orientation 

• Proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
