We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Your job:
Quotation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions
Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints
Sourcing and overseeing local quotations from distributors
Close cooperation with key departments such as production, procurement, and operations
General administrative tasks to ensure high-quality customer support
Qualifications and skills:
Relevant educational background in a technical or business-related field
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service, Sales Support, or Operations Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and French are a plus
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX)
Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation
Proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
