About the role
- Analysis of strategic business processes at external clients of XALAX GmbH both nationally and abroad
- Advising on options for performance improvement using ERP systems within the scope of the MS Dynamics D365 product portfolio
- Conceptual design of system solutions in collaboration with the internal consulting and software development team
- Ongoing contact and coordination with customers, business owners, key users, the departments involved and the respective IT experts
- Organisation of workshops with all stakeholders to develop the best possible solutions
- Support in the operational introduction of the relevant software solution
- Training of system users
About you
- Business Studies Graduate with a major in Computer Science or IT studies and a focus on business and operations management (FH, TU, university)
- Thorough experience and knowledge in the field of ERP systems
- Both practical and theoretical knowledge of operational methodologies and business processes in commercial operations
- Several years of professional and project management experience are essential
- Excellent English language skills (B2 - C1) and good command of German (B1 - B2)
- Analytical approach and very good communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills with a high sense of personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel
- A team player with a hands-on approach
