Sales Manager Finland (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our team in Finland, Helsinki.

Your job

• As part of the Finnish branch of XAL Group, a leading global player in lighting, you develop and maintain relationships with clients, especially architects, designers, lighting designers or electrical planners
  
• You present and promote XALs innovative lighting solutions with a main focus on the brand XAL
  
• You support existing customers and partners and actively acquiring new ones
  
• You negotiate deals, prepare offers, and follow through on client requests
  
• You prepare and participate customer events and trade fairs
  
• You work closely with different departments in the XAL headquarters in Graz/Austria
  
• You profit from a supportive team, benefits and a modern international working environment

Qualifications and skills

• Technical experience or education
• Ideally experienced in architectural lighting industry and/or design background (interior design, architecture)
• Ideally experience in a similar sales position
  
• Fluent in English and Finnish (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Highly self-motivated team player able to work independently
  
• Travel required within Finland
