Specification Sales Manager (m/f) Cataluña

Your responsibilities

  • Promotion of our products to architects, interior and lighting designers
  • Relationship development with key contacts, ensuring XAL products are specified and the supply chain is identified
  • Identify and track opportunities and key players of projects in your sales area
  • Continuous improvement of the specification process to maximize success
  • Keeping business development opportunities and customer records updated in the ERP system
  • Be aware of market trends in the field of architecture, interior design and within the lighting industry
  • Occasional traveling within Europe for trainings, events, trade fairs and meetings
  • Reporting to the Sales Director on a regular basis

Your profile

  • Completed some form of higher education
  • First experience in a similar position as (Specification) Sales Manager
  • Basic knowledge of lighting products, their applications and the specification route to market would be a plus
  • Fundamental skills of using lighting design softwares (Relux, Dialux, etc.) would be a plus
  • Experience with an ERP tool
  • Fluent in Spanish & English, Catalan is a plus
  • Be able to build and develop long term relationships with multiple key clients and delivering results
  • Excellent communication, time management, organization, planning and presentation skills
