About the role
- Design, development and implementation of MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Requirements analyses and process definitions together with key users to develop customized solutions
- Integration of D365 Sales and D365 F&O using dual-write
- Creation of documentation
- Testing of new developments in coordination with the software development team in Croatia
- Conception and organization of workshops/trainings for users
- Active information sourcing about current developments and updates of MS Dynamics 365
About you
- Profound experience in working with MS Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dynamics 365 F&O
- Knowledge of Dual-write and/or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Project management skills and an analytical mindset
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus
- Structured way of working and the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and solution orientation
- Continuous willingness to learn
