About the role
- Analysis of HR processes of both national and international customers
- Identifying and providing consulting expertise on potential for improvement within the specialist field
- Overall project responsibility, from conceptual design to implementation (assuming responsibility for technical aspects of development and IT, excluding programming tasks)
- Project management within an interdisciplinary project team
- Designing and conducting workshops and training courses at customers
- Management of interfaces between the Consulting, IT, HR and Payroll Accounting areas
- 3rd level support for questions related to the HR environment
About you
- Graduate in Business Studies (business administration, HR management, business information systems) or relevant vocational training (payroll accountant)
- Several years professional experience in the HR environment and in the implementation of projects in the specialist field
- A natural affinity with IT and experience in dealing with ERP systems
- Very good German and English language skills (at least level B2)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a team player

The salary for this position is set at EUR 3.500,- gross per month. Dependent to your education, qualifications and professional experience the salary may exceed this sum according to market usage.
